Ok its gotten ridicoulous, you now have to beg your post office to include the Post code on the receipt for items under 500gms, how ridicoulous its 4 extra key stokes, but unless you get down and beg they wont include them. Sorry yes I'm frustrated, they have partnered with Ebay, and you need the printed post code if someone lodges a dispute, but Ebays partner wont put it on. Ebay and AP what a joke

I make sure the post code is on every receipt, do sell same item, need to match up who brought what, easier to track for me when AP loose an item..

I had mine trained, but he sold, and the new owners are most unhelpful. And the alternate one close to home just cant be bothered.
Lodged a complaint with AP customer care, and there response was the it is not possible with the equipment, which I know is a load of rubbish as they do it if you beg. AP customer care dont care for the customer

Mine does it as a matter of course, most of the time. The new staff weren't doing it, so I had to ask. I then got into the habit of asking and one time when I got the boss, he said I didn't need to ask as it was done automatically. I said that some people weren't doing it and he said he would speak to them as it's a service they provide. Went back the next week and everyone was doing it and had no problems since.
You just need to ask before they start punching it into the computer because it's done on a different screen. I was saying "I want these sent via standard mail and can the postcodes go on the receipt please?". That way they knew before they started doing whatever it is they do.
