I have a box that according to my digital scales weighs 11.940kg that I need to post
On the AP website, I added in all the postcodes, box neasurements etc etc.
On the price screen, when you select 'Regular Parcel' , it bring down a drop down menu and an option is: Tracking (available through Click and Send)
How can I do this through Click & Send as my buyer will save nearly $7 as if I sent it as Registered Post

Go to the Aust post site and look at the sizes of the B Boxes that are used for Click and Send.
B1 (A5) $6.50 Postage plus $1.70 box cost = $8.20
B2 (A4) $10.50 postage plus $2.25 box cost = $12.75
B4 (A3) $13.25 postage plus $3.00 box cost= $16.25
Those prices are flat rate, give you online tracking and can weight up to 15kg.

It depends on the size and value of your item.
Flat Rate boxes come in 3 sizes, Bx1, Bx2 and Bx4.
If the item fits into the largest Bx4 box (43x30x14cm) the cost is $3 for the box plus Flat Rate box postage of $13.25. You can add signature on delivery for $1 and that will give you insurance cover up to $100. You can't add any extra cover with the Flat Rate boxes.
If the item does not fit into the Bx4 box then you can use your own box through C&S and the postage cost is the usual parcel postage amount plus $1.55 for tracking or $3.15 for signature on delivery plus $1.45 per $100 in value if extra cover is needed. These costs are the same as buying tracking or Registered Post over the counter.
