Is the postage for a parcel (registered) to NZ the same from any city in Australia ie Sydney or from Perth? Is says $17.55 - I live in Perth but want to know if it is the same from Sydney

Yes - Austalia Post's online calculator (http://auspost.com.au/apps/postage-calculator.html) will allow you to enter a send-from postcode if the rates vary from different locations (which, as far as I know, only happens with domestic parcels).
