Just received this message from a buyer.
For some reason paypal will not allow payment, it says the price and items are changing during payment
Anyone have this happen before or know how to fix it?
I've asked them whether they are paying via the invoice and that they should ring PP as I've never had this happen before.

I had a few problems last month with invoices and buyers not able to pay.
I resent the invoice, making sure that all the information was correct..
That seemed to work for me.

I've had problems with buyers trying to pay me off the ebay site,
It would come up with seller doesn't ship to your area,
I had to send them an invoice via paypal seperately to fix it..
But i've never heard of pay pal changing the price and item?
Are they an overseas buyer?
That could "change the price" possibly in the sense that it could come up in say american dollars compared to aussie dollars.....
Other than that, all i can think of is that they are using the shopping cart and have not paid for another item?

The problem is with the postage costs not showing on the invoice. The buyers are getting a message advising them to contact the seller for shipping costs. It is a glitch which has been around for a few weeks now.
Sending the invoice usually solves the problem.

Only difference, she had the problems logging in - I actually started a separate post earlier - something like Getting worse by the hour. So I won't repeat my thoughts here - I'm sure no-one really wants to know how totally peed off I am
