Print Postage Label

We have 2 stores.

We are using SMP on both of them.

On one of our stores on our "Awaiting Shipment List" under "Actions" (far RH column) we have a dropdown list that has an entry "Print Postage Labels" . Right as the very first item.

On our other store we don't have this item. We like it like that!

We dont use it and find it annoying, so would like to turn it off so both stores look the same.

I cannot find where to turn off this option so its the same as our other store.

Any ideas please??

It is a new function on eBay where you can print C&S labels for flat-rate boxes or satchels without having to login to the C&S site. It's supposed to start in October some time.

Ok thanks. So it seems we cannot opt to not display ths menu item. And likely it will also appear on our other store soon as well.

We will likely not use click & send as 99% of our packages go out as a standard envelope of one size or another. Ranging in postage stamps from 60-cents to $1.80 per.

As our items are low value we don't see the need to protect them with tracking and insurance etc. If someone reports they did not receive something then we simply mail them out a replacement without arguing. Simple! Well we do ask the buyer to validate the address we used first.

Maybe about one per month gets reported lost. We are mailing out 15-20 each day.
