Hi all, requesting a little help and guidance . . . .
I've just had a buyer request an return and refund for an item that does not fit her, despite the detailed Size measurements I have provided.
Ho hum. So I've said OK but then remembered that in order to get my FVF back I have to go through the correct procedure and for the life of me, can't remember what to do.
I really would rather not be out of pocket when the problem was really the buyer not being capable of buying the right size item of clothing for herself.Either that, or not being able to read !!
Appreciate any assistance you can provide

I thought it was the buyers responsibility to check size measurements if you have not put them up. Everyone knows sizes differ, so I always ask for the cms. If u list no returns you should not be liable unless you made a mistake in listing. Best you open a dispute and let Ebay sort it outbefore u are out of pocket as u will be charged to return as well
