I received an offer for free promoted listings and thought Id give it a try...
But how on earth do I do it? Cant find any type of link anywhere to create a campaign, and cant find any instructions in Google or on Ebay. Lots of info about Promoted listings, what they are and how they work, but not how to physically create them.
All I can find is "1. select listings 2. set ad rate" .. but in all types of views and lists when I select a multiple item listing, theres not option for anything like this. Cant find any option in marketing....
