Hi all
I purchased some items from China The Description seemed exactly what I wanted.. I looked at the pictures and thought yes these will be great. After 3 weeks Items arrived but I was very disappointed. I contacted the seller they wanted to know what was wrong and I told them that the Item was not as described. The items I purchased were so flimsy they would break as soon as used or shortly there after, I checked the description and there is no mention as to the thickness of the item, just the diameter. I then checked the Pictures and the Items were not what was shown in the pictures. They offered me a Refund and to keep the item. This morning I checked my Paypal account and noticed they refunded me $2.00 instead of $13.36. I contacted them and informed them I was opening a dispute with Ebay. Am I in my rights to proceed and what are my chances? Are Pictures Part Of The Description?
Gayle
PS No Mention Of Stock Pictures

Yes the pic forms part of the description, sellers are allowed to use stock pictures for new items buut not for second hand. I don't know what it was you purchased but they have to be significantly not as described so you will have to be very clear and specific as to why they qualify for a SNAD refund without paying return cost. I have never used it but others have said the ebay dispute process is extremely long and time consuing so good luck. Have you left the seller factusl negs? If not do so, it concentrates these sellers minds lol. Do not mention any dispute just say they were not as described and seller will not give full refund. They mau contsct you promissing to refund iif you change the feedbck but reply that you will consider it AFTER you get the rest of your refund.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?

Not a lot of point now if you have already opened the dispute. May as well wait until it is over.
