Rant over buyers. .

I am fed up with getting bad buyers.  The problem is they reduce my monthly limit and I have asked eBay to reallocate the limits and they won't.  Everytime I get one, the buyer makes an order requesting the postage etc, which marks the items as sold and reduces my limits.  It takes eBay about 2 hours before they catch on, which is pretty good I suppose they work it out but it's like I'm penalised for basically doing nothing but selling.  Anyway, I even had one the other day that after it was sorted out with eBay, they then sent me another message afterwards, almost 3 days after, telling me (not requesting) to send the item and they will "verify" me and make the payment.

The one thing I do have to ask, is that when the order comes in I don't seem to be able to see or find the buyers message.  But when I send the invoice, I can then see the message from the buyer and of course it always starts off with "G'day Mate or Hi Mate" and I know then it's a fake.  Does anyone know how I can see the message before sending the invoice?  I have tried everything.

Anyway, they haven't got anything from me but a few laughs, one wanted me to send the item to their fiance in West Africa and I sent them back a message telling them there was no country called West Africa and to be more specific, I didnt hear from them again.

Regards

Janelle

have you got your blocks in place?  You can set up your listings for posting to Australia only and you can block bidders/buyers from overseas.  Doing this may help you.
