Re posting an item - buyer had incorrect post address

Hi all

im hoping to get some opinions.

I recently sold an item and posted it out as soon as i recieved payment.

10 days later the seller contacts me advising they havent recieved the item. As i normally do in these cases i ask them to confirm their address.

The address the buyer gave was different to what they had on their ebay & paypal postage address(which is where i sent it to).

Now, today i get a card from AUS post advising the item has been returned and i need to pick it up.

My question is, who pays to resend this item to the buyer?

thanks...

The buyer does in this case.

They had not updated their address on either eBay or PayPal and they are defimitely at fault.

yes, buyer should pay.

it happened to me a month ago. i resent the item and paid out of my own pocket to get it resent.

the buyer left me neutral.... the buyer was upset because it took a week to get it instead of 3 days.... what a joke.
