Relist 3 Times....Relist 4 Times?

I've noticed that when I list an item, it mostly gives me the option to Relist 3 times, but occasionally it says Relist 4 times. Does anyone know if there is a reason for the difference?

Slow sales or no sales so you're getting an extra relist?

It just happens sometimes, but if you get intoi your listing later & put in revise item, it will then show up as relist 3 times.  You never actually get the 4 relists.
