Try here:

***Updated: Policy updates on eBay.com.au Adult items, Medical devices***

13 October 2016 | 02:14PM EST

Continuing our review of policy pages on eBay.com.au, we've now reviewed the following policies which set out what is and is not permitted to be sold on eBay.com.au, or what conditions must be met when listing items.

The Adult items policy has been updated with guidelines on selling in the newly-introduced adult categories on eBay.com.au. Some minor changes have been made to the other guidelines to align this policy to other eBay sites.
The Medicine, medical devices and healthcare products policy has been updated to include guidelines on medical devices. (Three older pages, Prescription Drugs and Medical Devices, Used Medical Devices and Prescription Drugs and Devices, have been retired.)
We'll let you know about further changes to our policies as they're ready.

Regards,
The eBay Team

Thanks, apparently we have been whitelisted a week ago and we were supposed to be able to sell from friday at 5pm.

Now some days have passed since friday, but we're still unable to list, can you please fix that, as the customer service seems unable to do so?

Thanks

The boards are not read by ebay.....they are run by volunteer members.

You will have to contact ebay directly as members cannot "fix" anything for you.

Use the Help and Contact link at the top or bottom of the page and request a phone call back from ebay....you tend to get better help than you get from the ordinary customer service operators when you ring.
