I have just purchased a new computer. An IT technician transferred my files across from the old one but my turbo lister isn't on it. I went to ebay au and downloaded it again but it is a new set-up and it doesn't give me the choice of signing into my old one. I'm not worried about the few listings that were there but I want to get my templates back.
Thanks for your reply. No, the old computer has gone kaput! I have managed to retrieve it as I had a back-up that the technician transferred for me. All's well now.
I have found that every time I have to remove tl & then upload it again, on the very same computer, I lose all my info except for Records of past sales activity.
Anything in the MY LISTINGS area just vanishes, I don't even try to recover it anymore as it is tooooo complicated & ends up closing down on me all the time.
