Whats this another way to rip off the buyer , we send items printed out to major shopping centers and stores like Safeway and Big W
customers go there to pick up but no item
whats going on Ebay , this is **bleep**! who give you the right to force us to send items to these address

If you have issues with items going missing contact eBay through Help & Contact at the top of your page.

contacted Ebay we had another item gone missing that is 3 in a week ebay stated it is not our fault it is the Christmas break and stores have no time for this service , prroblem is the buyer expects items now
any how it has now been turned off we never agreed with this being tiurned on in the first place , so anyone else out there has this service on there product page then to save hassles like we have had . you can switch off easy one your know

look under site preferences
about 3 sections down
Postage preferences under
Offer Click & Collect turn to off on your right
problem solved until the next headace

My question is if you get back fb as a result of C & C issues and there is proof of shipping/delivery to store will ebay remove fb as it is ovbviously not sellers fault.
