Select new Packaging options and mislead buyers - yet another error

I have just updated Turbo Lister and I now see that I have to select from various packaging options:

Padded Bags/Satchels

Tough Bags

Expandable Tough Bags

Mailing Boxes

Winebox

None of these are applicable in my case. I use Mailing Tubes or my own packaging for posters. I dont want to confuse or mislead buyers but there is no option but to select one of the above. The timing is woeful as I have just opened another store and will have to start listing with incorrect information.

This seems to be just one of many errors and an example of something that has not been properly thought through before implementation.

What happened to the old business slogan "Get it right first time"?

I would select mailing boxes and then mention in the description that mailing tubes are used

i agree with Kaz, tubes would come under ''boxes'' just a different shape, but do be sure to  put in the description something along the lines of

will be posted, well protected, in a strong mailing tube
