Seller Dashboard update

Is everyones seller dashboard updating? Mine stopped updating on the 4th it has updated at the bottom where it says 'Your total sales' but no where else Should of got the last of the 3 stars for PS on the 4th so do not know if it is that or a system fault

Even if your customer leaves feedback they often don't bother with the star ratings.

I think perhaps it's only updated on a monthly basis - ie in this case January 2015 - December 2015 stats, updated on 4th 2016 and won't update again until after the end of January, so probably around February 4th.  I could be completely wrong and I'm sure if I am, someone will come along and correct me

Edit  : I'm also pretty sure the Sales tally keeps going up though throughout the month

I was watching it daily and I am sure it updated pretty much in real time with a small delay.until the 4th for me. I could be wrong about that and if so want be the first or last time I have been wrong 🙂

Also PS status is handed out on the 20th so hoping it updates before then asI should be eligible for it, if it updates want be if it stays as it is

I believe it updates daily from the 21st until the last of the month and then not again until the 20th (evaluation day).

Wait for harley - I'm sure they posted something like that some time ago.
