Hello guys need help recieve a seller notice saying shipment has been sent but there is no option to mark it has been dispatched only say u need to. Scan qr code or have qr code

Your post is a bit confusing.
Do you mean that you've bought something and that the seller has marked it as shipped?
Why would you need to mark it as dispatched if you're the buyer?
