All international courier companies have been advised by Russian authorities that they cannot accept goods for personal use due to a backlog in the Customs area.
I sent a package to an individual in Russia and it was returned to me. The courier company I used is not refunding the (expensive) postage. I've called UPS and DHL and they have all told me the same thing.
Russia apparently is a very difficult company to send packages to and it's just got harder.
