Selling: Describe your item: Condition selection not working

Hi everyone.  Hope you have had a great Christmas and New Year.

I'm trying to list an item I recently bought on ebay using the "Sell one like this" option.

I have modified the item description to suit myself however it won't let me select the condition of the item.  It only gives me two choices: New with tags, New without tags or "-".  This is a secondhand, used item. If I use the "-" it says I need to enter something but cannot make any choices but those mentioned.

When I look at the original sale "New without tags" was selected but it also said under condition "this item has been worn".  The item is definitely secondhand, used.

The only way around it is to select "New without tags" and make sure I mention this in the description however that could be misleading.  Any ideas on how to fix?

Is the item Lingerie or swimwear?

These items are not allowed to be sold as Used - which is why you are not getting the option.

Ahhhh. That explains it.  The item is swimwear.  Thanks for your quick response. Guess it goes to the op shop then.

So you know why is there used swimwear listed then? How did they do it?

I had a look at some listings. Swimwear in the title, but listed in women's clothing, in the mixed items category (item was not new)  Breach of policy, not recommended.
