Selling Manager is Free - Allows combining of items onto one invoice.

Now that the Customer Order only shows one item I have signed up for the unpublicised free subscription service of Selling Manager.

This allows multiple items on a single invoice.

It should NOT be necessary to use the SM in order to show all purchases on an invoice.
