I have reported about two problems with Selling manager to eBay more than 3 days ago but they do not seem to fix it asap.
Althought they agree it is a huge bug and they have promissed to fix it.
Here are two problems with it.. although I believe they are linked so may be it is just one.
If you add extra as seller charges/discounts to a buyers invoice and buyer pays with paypal eBay shows the wrong amount at the final step. Although it transfers the right total it freaks out buyers. I have to tell each buyer in this case that they ignore what ebay shows them as total and the right amount will be transferred.
The seond problem is also related to this extra added as seller charges/discounts. If you add extra to buyer's invoice Selling manager will not show total with this extra included until you actually go to the sale record where there is any extra added to total and click recalculate and save. This bug screws up total for a choosen period of time in Selling Manager. It is very inconvinient as with a lot of sales coming with some extra added I do not have any way ..unless going to each sale... to see what is total figure for all sales.
