Selling stamps at outrageous prices that are worth nothing.

I'm not an experienced stamp collector/dealer but a hobbyist, and sell some duplicates from my collection and ones that I no longer collect.  I wish there was somewhere you can complain about sellers who try to sell stamps at huge prices saying they are extremely rare at $500 and they are not worth even 10%  of that. I'm worried that a new collector with some money to splash around might buy them, but I suppose that's the game. I'm a genuine person and don't like to see anyone get bitten though and wish people like this could be taken off Ebay.

Is there any suggestions anyone can help with.

really, it is up to the buyer to know what they are purchasing.

anyone spending $500 on a stamp without knowing what / why obviously has more money than sense.

the sellers feedback should indicate if previous buyers were happy with their purchase or not.
