I decided to send my sold item to the buyer via Sendle. After trying to work through the information and printing a label I decided to send through Australia post. When I went to enter the Aus Post tracking number I realized I had been charged for the Sendle tracking label. How do I get a refund for the Sendle cost.

You should not have been charged for the label until you actually use it, see the heading on the link below.

Contact your customer and update them on the AP tracking details, since you may not be able to change that on the sold listing.
