Shop showing on holiday.....but it isn't

Having a weird glitch today.

Had an order earlier and clicked on the listing to revise the quantity after checking my stock. It came up with the message that you get when you put your shop on holiday "Seller is away and not processing orders at this time....blah...blah.....".

I definitely haven't touched any settings, let alone put my shop on holiday! If my shop was actually on holiday, the buyer would not have been able to purchase today.

Can anyone please check if it looks like my shop is on vacation from your side??

I had noticed that I had no sales for the first 2 days of September, whereas I usually have at least one sale within a 24 hour period. I'm wondering if this holiday setting is showing up randomly for my buyers and they think I'm away?

It's not showing holiday mode for me, but your store gives 392 listings and your listings show 559 listings.

I had this the other day on an item that was out of stock after someone purchased it and I checked the listing from the sale list. It was not showing on other out of stock listings so just ignored it.

Yes I have had the same issue

It was discussed on the US "Weekly Chat with eBay Staff"

TECHNICAL ISSUE
When I click on a sold item in Sellers Hub I get a vacation hold notice. My store is not on a vacation hold.

@millcreekrescue909 this is a known issue that is effecting some sellers. It's odd for sure and I'm sorry you're currently effected by it. I'm not aware of a workaround, but you can try placing your store on vacation and then turning the vacation setting off a few minutes later to see if that resets it and fixes the messaging. I'll add your example to the ticket our tech team is reviewing."

Thank you everybody.

I can now see that some listings are now missing from my active list - I will do a bulk edit to get everything re-indexed.

I had a listing with the holiday notice showing as it was on zero stock when I added some quantity the holiday message dissapeared.

like others - i have had the same message appear when stock drops to "0" on a listing. once you increase the stock, the item disappears.

seems like a simple bug to me - ebay are probably displaying the holiday mode message in place of out of stock for some reason.

I think I read recently they where extending the time before the listings end with zero quantity from 3 months to 6 months. Although it must be on listings with zero after the anouncement as I still have some ending that sold out before they changed.
