Ebay states in that announcement email:
"Australia is a big country so having a 'one size fits all' postage cost is not always practical, particularly for heavy and bulky items."
Does that mean that Ebay is reversing the free postage requirement for Top Rated Sellers, or that people who sell heavy and bulky items are not "good" sellers?

They're trying to pretend that setting up to 15 flat rates is better than calculated.

We think it will work for us. Should save PayPal fees on multi-item orders where the buyers often pay in multiple transactions. Also should make it easier for us to collate and mail these same orders.
