Do you have buyers complaining about slow deliveries? I have number of orders taking weeks coming from within my city, and those from Sydney have been taking 3+ weeks. That goes for AP as well as various couriers. But now I have buyers complaining. The tracking says "delayed due to COVID19", so what more do they expect me to do? I post my items immediately.
There is no way I will be filling "missing parcel" form yet, but just wondering if it can be done on line? Cannot see such function on the AP site, and when I tried to chase missing up 1/2 of an order sent by courier their complaint link was disabled.

My buyers have thankfully been exceptionally patient - not many of my orders are sent tracked, and so far I've had two queries, one for an untracked eBay order that they waited nearly 4 weeks for before sending a message, and one for a tracked website order that they waited 2 weeks for (they were a local buyer, as well - it ended up being delivered on the Monday after they messaged).
Things might change now that i can no longer send priority and deliveries won't be occurring daily, though, as during this whole time I've still had feedback and messages from buyers saying that their orders were received very quickly. I've been keeping an eye on my parcels through My Post, and most of the delays have been occurring there, which is to be expected - however there was one that took 3 weeks to travel 33 kilometres (many interstate parcels had been sent and received within that time); the buyer is a long-time regular though, and didn't seek a refund or replacement during all that time. There's one straggler now, sent on the 7th and no update since being handed over to AP.
Most of my queries are coming from international buyers, though I've now closed off all OS deliveries, there will probably be a couple more weeks of buyers still waiting for their packages sent before I shut them down. They tend to contact at around the 4 week mark, and thankfully so far they've all been ok with me advising it could still be a few more weeks before they receive their order.

One positive aspect of the mail delays is hearing the masses of Chinese parcels being thrown to the end of the 'queue' in favour of Australian lodged items. A 'source' informed me the eBay parcels Australia Post receives 10c-20c per delivery are piling up in crates out the 'back of the mail centres' !

I've got one presumed stolen (because the buyer says they didn't receive it, yet it's scanned delivered and AP sent me the delivery photo of it by the front door, and it matches the house on maps), and another sent from QLD > WA on the 8th which has no updates other than the lodgement scan.
I've lodged an inquiry for that one, because I sent another package to the same buyer on the 17th and it arrived on the 22nd, so something is definitely amiss with the one sent on the 8th.
Other than that, most of them are tracking as usual.
When this all started I moved to 100% tracking on my letters, as I was planning to do this anyway, and I also pushed my handling time out from 2 days to 5. Both strategies have reduced my stress levels during all of this, because I can see where everything is, and I'm covered if anything is delayed. I know not everyone can do this, but it certainly works for me.

When Australia Post receives $8.95 for one item and 10c for another item it makes perfect logical sense which one I would give priority during the current situation. Seeing as many of my Chinese competitors products are shipped that way using China Post mail subsidies I am happy for them to take forever.
Only then will Australian eBay buyers learn that cheap prices + fast delivery do not exist.
