SInce May this year my Invoices have been incorrect. on all occasions Ebay have advised it was a tehcnical error on their part.
I have spent many hours on :Chat" with many different people from Ebay Customer Support.
I have been overcharged, charged for insertion fees when I have a store ...and no i had not used all my free Listings.
Ebay confirmed this was correct and there had been a "technical error" which would be fixed within 48 hours.
That was 3 weeks ago and still not fixed so therefore have been charged on the August invoice.
I also changed from a basic store to a feature store half way through the month. I am still beign charge 20c insertion fees..and no I have not used my 500 listings for this month. I am also still and have been charged since the middle of last month 9.5% instead of 8.5% on both seller and postage fees.
Sorry for the rant... but I feel I am going round in circles with Customer Support in trying to fix these issus
I was also advised tonight I would need to end all my listings to fix their technical problem. Are they for real! I will not be ending over 500 listings due to their error nd to esnure I am charged the correct fees!.
Just wanted to let Store Seller know to check their invoicing as if they have done this to me how many others are affected who may not check invoices.

Gawd I hate to admit it but I don't even check mine. I couldn't be bothered.

Oh struth, looks I'll have to find the time to go through the next one. At leasdt 2 hours I'd imagine, not enough hours in the day.

I have no idea why you're being charged insertion fees but the FVF rate won't change on any GTC listings until they rollover to a new month.

If you are still dealing with eBay via Chat then I am not surprised by your frustration. .
Ring eBay.
Ask to speak with a supervisor if you do not get sense from the first customer service rep (which is usually the way it goes)
If a supervisor is not available, request that they ring you back.

Like everybody else to go through each invoice and fee charged.. then working out the right percentage rate that they should be charging is too time consuming especially for large ssllers.
However, how much money is Ebay now making through incorrect invoicing????
They have advised me it was a technical error ?? and still is a technical error that thy are "TRYING" to get their technical team to look into!!
really dissappointing that a so called professional organisation such as ebay cannot be trusted to charge the correct fees.
Please check your invoicing for August at least .. would be interesting to see how many others are being overcharged

Invoicing Update - The Issues continues
Rang Ebay today to follow up on my many requests for refunds for invoicing errors.
Spent 1 45 min on the phone - the issue is still not resolved
They have given me back incorrect insertion fees for the month of August - after arguing with them again that it is their error which at the end they agreed it was (aaaaaaaagh)
After obtaining the Feature Store in August I am now still being charged 20c insertion fees on my september account. !!!!
They have said they will look into the matter and find out why. Even though clearly I should not have been charged and they agreed I shoud not have bene charged but still have to LOOK INTO THE MATTER prior to reimbursing me for their error.
I did ask to speak to a supervisor after 1 hour... and was put through after being hung up on and had to ring back!
He also was not helpful in trying to fix the "technical error" they keep telling me is happening...however he also was unable to fix this problem and had to write a report!
Could more expereinced sellers please tell me who you can complain to to fix these problems. Someone once put up an orgaisiation on one of the posts of who you can go to help resolve a probelem with Ebay??? PLEASE I NEED HELP I am going nuts trying to reason with these people.
HELP
