I am very new to this e-bay auction. Recently I listed 2 items fr auction. each items were around $250 but during auctionhighest bid I received were for $6 and $8 . I know I have stuffed it from my side and I requested buyer to cancel transction but can you suggest any other solution for this if buyer refuses to cancel transction ?
Yes, that is very true, but having no feedback so far, the negs likely to be given for refusing to honour sales may do longer term damge as it will be the first thing potential buyers see & they will buy from someone else instead
If they've got no selling feedback they won't lose anything by starting a new selling ID and starting from scratch, unlike sellers who've built up feedback over time.
