Buyer initially blocked for spamming with me with offers well below asking price and was politely asked to cease making offers which they ignored, so I blocked em.  Looks like they tried to purchase as a guest ...... many many many times 

at least some blocks seem to work

I don't think I've ever had a guest buy an item. Does their guest ID change each time they (try to) make a purchase?

Is that what a guest purchase looks like?  I had one recently tried four times with different id's.  Blocked them all.  They didn't obviously want to go through verification.  I just thought it was someone making up all these stupid id's.

yup, eBay automatically generates an id for guests that seems to incorporate some of letters of their name.

edit the item,  triple the price, add postage and handling $50 and see how interested they are then LOL
