Hello,
I receive an unwanted email each month informing me that my monthly financial statement is ready. I rarely sell anything, so it normally is irrelevant to me. At the bottom of the email there is a link to update my communication preferences if I don't wish to receive this email, however, there is no clear option in the Communication Preferences menu to do such a thing.
Could someone, either a staff member at ebay or a community member, please tell me which notification to switch off so I stop receiving this email, or if such an option actually exists.
Thank you

It's be easier to create a filter that sends any emails with the wording "Your latest financial statement is ready to view or download" directly to spam.

eBay staff do not read here.

Yes, that's where I went. Which option switches off the Financial Statement notifications?

I don't know if it encompasses the statement emails, but the only one in the entire list that has a chance is this one:

Thanks for your reply, but this one is already off.
Is there a method of contacting eBay in 2021 other than the chat or replying to chat transcripts?

No.
Just delete them if you don't want to use them. That would be ONE second per month. Hardly onerous.

It is more on principle, the fact eBay is sending stuff once a month that you can't turn off is no accident, nor could I switch it off via chat. It is a way of reminding people of their services, and combined with all the other changes that have slowly creeped in (reduction in customer service for one thing), I was just curious to know the extent that this was deliberate.

Yeh that's a good point 👌

Hello everyone - I finally worked it out!
Go to Account > Selling > "Selling Preferences". There you will see the option to "Receive email with detailed invoice." which you can switch off 🙂
(not in the "communication preferences" as the monthly statement emails tell you.)
