TURBO LISTER

Anyone out there know if/when Turbolister for Australian sellers is going to be fixed?  Just a few days ago I did an TL update and postage weights/measurements still in pounds/ounches/inches which is USELESS.  Have virtually stopped listing items for sale, and those I do are loaded as "freight" and then updated in Ebay to metric measurements..cumbersome but it works.  Not good enough EBAY, but talking to their "help line" is like banging your head against a brick wall. Store fees are up, and their service is down.

Sounds like you have inadvertently downloaded the US version of TL. This issue was fixed a long while ago and the only way you would still be experiencing it with the Aus TL would be if you were using an older version. It is one reason it is important to do updates regularly, I have mine set to update on opening.

You may have to uninstal TL, download again making sure you do it through the Aus site and then do a full version update and import your listings from your back up file.

This was an issue a few months ago, but I am sure it was fixed.

I did a few last night and weights came up as metric.

The workaround is to select 'Pickup Only', then reselect proper postage and it should then be metric. Are you 100% you have the Australian version, not the US one? Anything you do from the boards puts you on eBay.com, so it is easy at the moment to end up on the wrong site. Also try a full version update; that might help.

thank you for your advice....I have tried programme updates and install complete version update in Turbolister to no avail, so I uninstalled, and reinstalled via the link on Ebay Australia....postage still in imperial, then did another programme updated and install complete version....no change.  So I am at a loss to know what else to do.  I am however,  on Windows 7 version as the latest Windows version was causing problems and my IT guru recommended taking it off and going back to the older version, I just work with Firefox now.  I don't know if Windows 7 is the problem.  Thanks for your help anyway, will be winding down my Ebay store anyway soon, spiralling Ebay fees and other changes have made it less attractive for the smaller seller.
