Technical error NEED HELP

I sold an item on ebay and proceeded to send an invoice. Once I clicked on the send invoice button an error occurred and it marked it as "Payment Received". How can I undo this mistake. Thank you

Go to the order and unclick payment received

The only option it gives is RELIST. If I'm missing something I need a more in depth description. Thanks
