Too many postal deliveries to New Zealand lost

Is ther a problem with  letter deliveries in  New Zealand ?  I have quite a number of buyers in NZ but loose on average 10 %  of my items ,the either go missing or arrive upto a month later . I use post airmail large letter rate

Perhaps you need to add on registration if you can. That way you will know what is happening, whether it is a AP problem or a dodgie buyer problem.

Adding $1 to the cost of each item as a self-insurance measure would be more economical.  Registered International takes the price for a large letter to NZ from $5 and change to over $22 and there is still no tracking.  Raise your prices by $1 and even with 10% missing parcels you will have enough funds in the insurance kitty to replace.

Does Aus post tracking continue in NZ? I've sent parcel via Pack &Track International to the US, and the tracking stopped after the parcel left Australia, there was no tracking activities in the US, but it did get delivered.
