I've been selling on Ebay for more than a year now. I am always trying my best to provide good quality and cheap price to customers. Most of them are happy with me. But still can't avoid the neg.
Sent him the correct part. When he has query, spent a lot of time writing him explanation and details on how to install it. he didn't even bother to look at it and gave me a neg easily. He gave me a neg only because he didn't want to pay the freight to send the part back. But the part is correct!! And he lied in the feedback saying I don't want to refund. First time I want to give someone a NEG, but the thing is, sellers can't give buyers neg. Why? only because they have paid?
Not just the neg feedback is unfair but the Ebay sys is. Who's gonna protect us?? Sellers should also have the right to choose the buyers.
If the buyer never sells, he will surely have 100% feedbacks. The feedback system connives them.

In the message to him have you stated you will refund at any stage?
If yes then call ebay and ask them to read that and ask they remove the feedback as the buyer has lied when you did say you would refund.

You haven't done yourself any favours with that follow up, it is never a good idea to use capitals or name calling, it makes you look as in the wrong as the buyer. If you had been able to leave a neg then people would have thought it was reataliatory, as it would have been, and again would have reflected badly on you.

you are right we should be able to choose our customers

Not a fan of capitals in feedback, but I sure do understand the frustration 100% that drives sellers to use them. Done it myself from time to time, its hard to be human and an ebay seller sometimes.
Some chance of ebay removing the neg in any case.
