Training for professional business listings

I am wanting to set up a business on ebay and am hoping to learn how to create some very professional listings with customised graphic layouts.  Is there anyone who can help?  Can I learn this from somewhere? Cheers, Sam

improve your current account and learn as you go.

search the web for ebay templates to buy (or for free), and try using Turbolister.

You need to concentrate on customer service and getting your parcels out. Not a very good start for you.

Payment is requested within 2 days of winning the auction.  If you can't pay within this timeframe, please kindly don't bid.

What are you going to do if they don't pay within 2 days? Ebay give buyers 4 days before a seller can even open a dispute and after that they have another 4 days before you can close the dispute and end the transaction.

You say registered post availabe, there is no registered post for parcels anymore, it is now signature on delivery that you need and for anything over $100 you need to pay for extra cover, you don't give the buyer a choice either, Paypal is their protection, you have none unless you post with a metrhod that gived you seller protection.

I would suggest that you create another id and list on that one having fixed all the things that got you low DSRs, build up some feedback and then start selling using the free 40 listings a month until you have done some homework and improved both your listings and your customer service.
