Trying to list an item through turbo lister.

I am getting the error message "package dimensions exceed maximum allowable limit for service Aust. Post Parcel Post Parcel."

The dimensions I have listed are the size found on the Padded Bag 4 which are 266 x 381 x 5. How can this be wrong? Please help.

TL dimensions are centimetres, not millimetres.

Try 27 x 38 x 1

I can't thank you enough...of course they were in centimetres. I feel so dumb, but I have only just started doing this stuff and I am not a spring chicken! It is the little things which take me so many hours to try to get right. I have only been on eBay since mid February, but could not have progressed without the help of the discussion groups. Thanks a million!

(By the way, I still can't make a listing via eBay, only on turbo lister. They keep telling me that they are working on it. It happened on March 12th. That's quite a time isn't it)
