Turbo Lister - lack of preview??!!

Hi guys

My problem is that I lack any kind of PREVIEW with Turbo Lister now - both within the DESCRIPTION BUILDER and other areas that offer a preview. I get just blank white spaces.

Obviously this is incredibly frustrating as it means I can not check the formatting/layout of my listing or even make sure it is showing the correct pictures?

Downloading updates made no difference.

For those experiencing similar issues, were you able to resolve it or what have you decided to do in the meantime? eBay live help told me to email turbodata@ebay.com which I have not done as yet.

Wanted to see if anyone else has a solution or indeed contacted ebay and has any helpful info they can pass on.

Is there such a thing as TL technical support in Australia?

Have a browse through this discussion board and the AC as well.

Seems TL has been causing a few problems recently so you may find some help and answers there.

Thanks, yes I know there has been some discussion on the TL weight/postage issues but for me I am (mainly) concerned about the preview issues and feel my queries were getting lost amongst other dialogue.

Yes, going to email turbodata and visit the TL discussion board again. The issue wasn't magically fixed for me over the weekend 😞

Hi, I saw your post yesterday and could well understand your frustration as I have been having massive problems with Turbo Lister over the last three weeks myself. I have been onto Ebay quite a few times about the problem and it did look like they were unable to fix it. I thought it had been put in the too hard basket. It is a massive problem for all concerned including of course Ebay. However I received the message below this morning and I think you can take heart from it that a fix is on the way even though it is still going to take some time to solve. Good Luck Bill

Hello Bill, The problem you are having with Turbo Lister is now almost resolved. Our Technical Team has launched a fix to the Beta Version of Turbo Lister, which is normal. We will be testing this new coding in the Beta Version before we launch it to the main Turbo Lister program. This testing will take about 2-3 weeks, and you can participate in the testing version if you would like. You can always exit the Beta Version after the correction is launched site wide. If you would like to participate in the Beta Version (which appears to be working very well at the moment) you may join by opening Turbo Lister and going to the Tools > Options > Advanced Options > Program Updates > and click ?Join Beta Version?. Please keep in mind that this is a testing version and may, at times, not be fully functional. If you would like to wait for the full version to be launched it will be launched once testing is complete in about 2-3 weeks. You would just need to update Turbo Lister by going to Tools > Check for program updates. I am so sorry that this problem has slowed you down, I assure you that that is never our intention. No worries, I know it can be so frustrating. I find Turbo Lister to be a great program for sellers but it can have it's problems from time to time. This time it has been an enormous problem. At least we do now know that Ebay is genuinely trying to fix it. Cheers Bill

It would have been nice of ebay to put up an announcement to  TL sellers after all the threads & questions posted here over the last few weeks by stressed or confused sellers !!

They knew all along about the issues but couldn't be bothered once to post an announcement forwarning sellers, thanks again ebay !
