Not sure what you are asking about here but am assuming you have downloaded Turbo Lister and are trying to create a user file but are getting that message when going through the verification pocess.
If that is the case make sure you have an up to date, verified selling account, you don't have any recent feedback for selling and things have changed regarding automatic fee payment, and having a credit card on file etc. If this is the first time you have tried to list for a long time I would ecomend doing your first listing using the ebay form then you can be sure everything is as it should be. Once you have done that make sure it is the Australian version of TL that you have downloaded. Once you are sure close TL down, clear your cookies and cache in IE then re open TL and try again.If you still get the message then either call ebay or email turbodata@ebay.com telling them exactly what is happening and also let them know whicj OS you are using.
