A relative of mine sold an item which was picked up by "X" today. A few hours later another person "Y" showed up to pick up the same item! The item was already paid via Paypal, so it was unexpected that the second person walked away when we said that the item had already been picked up.
Upon inspecting the call history/messages, there seems to be two people who claimed to have the same name. X was definitely the expected buyer, as there was an extended conversation with them going back at least 4 days (there was a problem with Paypal). Y had called the day before pickup and asked for the address.
Does anyone have any ideas on how this happened? My relative doesn't seem interested, but I found the whole thing extremely weird.
