Unable to edit or change descriptions in Auctiva ?????

Is anyone having trouble with Auctiva - am unable to change or see a description or put description in to load up into ebay. FRUSTRATING - cannot find anything on the issue is it just me!

I've just gone in to my Auctiva account and tried mucking about (changing descriptions) with a couple of different listings - no problems.

Have you tried changing your browser? I used to have all sorts of weird difficulties when I was using IE but since I changed to Firefox it's been smooth sailing. Sorry I can't be of any more help.....

Thanks - I will have another play around - I do use firefox.
