Unable to list Item

Hi All, Just returned to try to sell an item for the first time in ages, but when I click "list item" it takes me to the "We've looked everywhere" error page. Its just a graphics card, Im sure ive filled everything out correctly Tried multiple times... Logged in and out, restart PC etc ๐Ÿ˜ž

Have you had any notifications to sign up for the new Managed Payments? Ebay is transitioning away from Paypal to a new system run by Adyen.

You would have received emails about it and it would be all over the Seller Hub.

 

Alternatively, try log in on a different browser.

Were you able to resolve this?

I have literally been trying for 5 hours to load a listing.

I have logged out, logged back in, tried on firefox, safari and chrome, cleared caches etc and nothing is working.

Also, I am trying to list on .com.au but it transfers me to .com when the 'we've looked everywhere' page pops up.

 

I am just so confused ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Have you signed up for Managed Payments? If not, have you been notified that you need to?

 

Jelly didn't have an issue to resolve, so asking them is an exercise in futility
