I have an item which the purchaser paid for with an echeque through paypal and the payment was cancelled about a week ago (original purchase was 28/7 so it's now been 13 days).
I gave the buyer another few days and then messaged her about the item but I have not heard from her.
I still have a payment pending icon on the sales listing and no option to put in a UPI claim because of this.
Obviously the pending icon isn't going away and I'm not going to get payment either so how do I put in a UPI?

I have never had this happen but if it did I would ring ebay.

Are you viewing the sale record in Selling Manager and it's not showing the "Resolve A Problem" option? If so, try going to basic selling view (either click the "back to basics" link, or "Sell" under Activity menu, or if you have Selling Reminders and it's showing as "awaiting payment for X items' where "X items" is a clickable link, then pull up the drop down menu next to the transaction - hopefully 'Resolve A Problem' will be in the menu there.

Thanks DG, I was able to put in a UPI doing it the way yu said.
