Unpaid Item Dispute won't let me close it

Hi,

I opened an unpaid item dispute on Tuesday, I have just gone in to try and close it as I have been advised by everyone on here if the payment hasn't been received within four days, but it comes up asking if I have received the payment to click on either yes or no, for some reason it won't let me click No.  Please help as it won't let me close the case.

It might depend on the time you opened the case.  If it was 9pm Tuesday, then it hasn't been 4 days yet.

When you go into the dispute you will see a message saying "you can close this case now" as soon as exactly 4 days have passed. I opened a couple of disputes on Tuesday and couldn't remember what time I'd opened them - just went in to check on them -  the message was there and so was the option to click on 'no' when it asked whether the buyer had paid for the purchase.

Thanks for your replies, I'll check back into it a while later, I'm not sure what time the dispute was opened.
