Unpaid buyer, no paypal record, leaves positive feedback of receipt of item not sent

A buyer has not paid but marked as payment sent with no Paypal record of payment with no other method offered, but then he left a positive feedback saying he was happy with the item etc. Though I didn't send it.

Is this some sort of effort to build his feedback profile as he only has a record of 1 feedback and that was from someone who said "This person is not to be trusted  "**bleep**" I was ignoring him, but feel I should raise this.

Should I not have mentioned his identity? I didn't know.

I will delete all referance to it and just let it go then, and pay the ebay and paypal fees for the sale I did not make.

contact eBay through Customer Support tab top right of screen. Follow the prompts to "account" so that you can speak to someone and make sure you don't get charged fees
