Please,  I can ask questions about use ebay label after that if go post office to scan QR code  on ebay label for delivery to customer,  the post office have charge any fee or not , or not ? Thank Ad

No they wont charge a fee at the post office,  you would have paid via Ebay,   assuming I have understood the question right.

The scan will just to log the package into the tracking system.
