Watcher asked to visit to look at items listed.Good idea or not?

I listed a collection of records.One local person asked if they could come to my home and inspect the items.This way they could determine if they wanted to bid on them or not.In 1 sense I like the idea.Buyer is local.Could inspect to see if they are up to their expectations.If suited they will bid.If not suited they wont bid.

The negative aspect:buyer coming into my home.Is it a risk for all the wrong reasons? What would you do?
