There is a seller who is advertising one of our products and they do not have access to this product. They do not use our brand name but they are using our image which we id not supply (Expect is was ripped off our website)and we have not supplied or have had any delaings with this ebay shop operator. We are the manufacturer and we are sure that they have not or anyone else has bought the products they are advertising.
I am not sure how you handle these issues but I thought I should contact you before we commenced legal action. Also I know there are other manufacturers who have similar issues.
We do not know who they are and not able to contact them.
