I have been getting neutral which is basically negative feedback from a few people recently for items that others are quite happy with but these people seem to just want to leave this negative feedback without contacting me to see if the alleged problem can be resolved.
How can this be addressed, the buyers seem to be quite unresponsive to fixing the problem. I even had one who didn't want to go through Ebay channels but wanted to harass and threaten me until I gave in even though they were the ones who were in the wrong.
I am getting so frustrated with this.

Nothing at all. It's just one of those things that you have to try and get over. If you like, you can put then on your Block list, which I think most Sellers will have filling up quite rapidly. Sad to say, but some buyers are just that way inclined. Rather than try and communicate, they would prefer to hit the buttons.

Feedback mention sizing not accurate (xx+ size but not that big) . is that for same item? Another one, more than 1 buyer said leggings were see through.
Have you investigated if there is those problems with those items?
Yes, it would be better if they contacted you first to see if they could change sizes or get a refund etc.

Can assume these are made in an Asian country. Their idea of plus size is very different to ours - suggest you put measurements on the listing. I sell a lot of larger clothing and always give as many measurements as I feel they need. Having said that, have still had some that "do not fit". Some ladies who are actually a 20 kid themselves that they are less and buy a 16 !! The more information you give the less likely they are to complain as it cannot be said that it is "not as described"

Measurements are on the listing. I took the measurements, didn't rely on asian measurements.
And I haven't had all that many neutral or negatives on the babydolls.
And yes I have looked into the alleged problems and found most buyers don't look further down the listing and read the measurements and there are just some who are having bad days and take it out on us sellers.
I guess I was just having a bad day and letting off steam after I had one buyer who was actually abusive and threatening for days even though she was at fault, but I gave in to her just to stop her harassing me. And this wasn' t for a babydoll.
