What do you do when someone is insisting they buy your item privately for less?

My daughter is selling some items on ebay and she is constantly being harrassed by someone wanting to buy her item privately for less than she has it listed for.   How does she report this member?

If they've contacted her through eBay messages get her to use the Report link on one or all of the messages.

If she doesn't want to sell to the buyer at all she should also add their ID to her Blocked Buyer List.

Personally I would just ignore them, I would block them and then delete any messages without opening them then they are only wasting their own time.
