What words or terms can no longer be searched in Sellers Other Items

Using a randomly selected listing with 2 days remaining to show a change in Ebay's search system, that I was unaware of.

Item 251733864732 is a camera brochure. I have no connection to the listing and am not promoting or criticising it.

This item has the word "Camera" in the title. For interest sake, pull up this listing on Ebay Australia, and go into the Sellers Other Items, and search his listing for camera, as though you are a buyer looking for similar items to buy at the same time. I am currently unable to even pull up that current item by searching that sellers listings with the word  camera.

If I go into my own completed auctions, I can not pull up (by search) recent camera listings that I wanted use to sell a similar item tonight.

While the work around can be to drill down through the categories at left, this seller, for example, has not put the brochure into a camera category, so you may not be able to find similar items to buy from the same seller when the direct search is now diverted to general listings instead of searching the sellers other items. A search for camera brochure in their listings will bring up 27 results, but if a buyer simply makes a valid search of the sellers other items using the word camera to find out what camera related items that seller has for sale, they are diverted away from that sellers listings in spite of valid results being available.

I personally feel that this undermines sellers' abilities to sell multiple items in a single transaction / parcel, and does not give the buyer the results they are actually looking for or want, and may divert them away from buying a previously selected item, as they assume they can not combine it with other items.

Has anyone else found other specific searches that can no longer be carried out on a seller's other auctions?
(in this case "camera" can not be searched in sellers other auctions while "camera brochure" can).

Am I the only one who feels this is a detrimental move and potentially damaging to some sellers, particularly if they list runs of similar items?

Regards, Kevin

I was similarly puzzled yesterday when searching for a seller's other items - and then wanting to find again the original one I had looked at from that seller.... coudln't be done.

Moronic... that's what it is.  But then.... they don't CARE what we think..... we are collateral damage.
